Vision Dice Tower Update #1: Thank You for an Incredible First Week

Originally published on Kickstarter on January 16, 2026.

First things first: thank you.

We’re four days into the campaign, wrapping up our first week, and thanks to your support we’ve already reached 45% of our funding goal. That early momentum means more to us than we can properly put into words.

We’re a small team building something we’ve wanted for our own tables for a long time, and seeing people believe in the Vision Dice Tower this early is incredibly motivating.

What’s happening behind the scenes

While the campaign is live, the work hasn’t slowed down—if anything, it’s picked up.

This week, we’ve started reaching out to additional Virtual Tabletop platforms to begin conversations around future integrations beyond our current Roll20 beta. These early discussions are about understanding requirements, compatibility, and what it would take to bring physical dice rolling into more online spaces.

Nothing to announce yet, but these are the exact conversations we hoped we’d be having at this stage, and we’re excited about the direction things are heading.

Why early support matters so much

Every pledge—truly, every single one—helps us build momentum:

  • It increases visibility inside Kickstarter.
  • It helps validate the project to new visitors.
  • It brings us closer to making this a real, manufactured product.

If the Vision Dice Tower is something you’re excited about, sharing the campaign with a friend, group, or fellow tabletop player helps more than you might expect. Even small pledges make a difference at this stage.

We want your questions and feedback

We’re also very open to questions, thoughts, and feedback.

If something isn’t clear on the page, if you’re curious about the tech, the roadmap, or how this would fit into your games—please ask. Many of the best ideas and improvements come directly from conversations with backers like you.

Thank you—I know we already said it

Again, thank you for being here at the beginning. We’ll continue posting weekly updates on Fridays to share progress, behind-the-scenes work, and what’s coming next.

Let’s make online play feel like the real table again—together.
