Shipping policy

Made-to-order merchandise

Our apparel and accessories are produced and shipped through Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Shipping time is additional. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and the day an order is placed is not counted as the first production day.

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, order volume, fulfillment location, carrier delays, and other disruptions can affect timing.

Shipping rates and delivery

Our merchandise store currently ships to the United States only. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery time varies by product, destination, and selected shipping method. Total delivery time includes both production and transit; selecting faster shipping does not eliminate production time.

Items may ship separately when they are fulfilled at different facilities or have different production requirements.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Delayed, lost, or damaged deliveries

If an estimated delivery date has passed, check your tracking information and contact info@orderofthedice.com for help. Report a suspected lost package within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos.

We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved claim. See our Return and refund policy for details. These reporting windows do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping address

Please verify your address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible after processing begins. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship an order returned because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed.

Vision Dice Tower and Kickstarter orders

The production and shipping estimates above apply to Printful merchandise, not the Vision Dice Tower. Tower pledges and orders are fulfilled separately according to the campaign or order updates provided to purchasers. Contact us with your pledge or order details if you need assistance.
