Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping (USPS): 5-7 business days, calculated at checkout Priority Shipping (USPS): 2-3 business days, calculated at checkout

Kickstarter Backers

If you backed our Kickstarter campaign, your order will ship according to the timeline outlined in your backer survey. Kickstarter orders are fulfilled separately from store orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@orderofthedice.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. International shipping is planned for the future—follow us on social media for updates.
