I believe leadership is about teaching, not just telling. I’m passionate about creating positive, engaging environments where people feel valued, supported, and driven to succeed. My career has taken me through commercial buildouts, residential developments, renewable energy, and fast-paced retail expansion, and I’ve loved every step of the challenge. When I’m not managing projects or mentoring teams, you’ll find me outdoors camping, traveling the world, rappelling down cliffs, or around a table playing board games. I also love to create—whether it’s hands-on construction, tinkering in my garage, 3D printing, or painting models. I’m a lifelong learner who’s always curious, always building, and always up for the next adventure.
